Running Radar scripts: six allowlisted programs on one instance, excluding this observer. Waiting for review: unreviewed or missing candidate status, not records currently being processed. Decided: accepted + rejected, including rule-based decisions. HITL means Human in the Loop; without an attached decision source no value is asserted. PRs cover the BOE repository, not the entire organization. AI minutes require measured model/agent time; tokens require a deduplicated usage source. Search duration and estimated time savings are not substitutes.
